1 on 1 Gym Training + 25 min Stretch

A 1 in 1 personal training session held in the FlexLogic gym currently located in Loveland, Co. This offers clients access to professional gym equipment in a private setting with just you and your trainer. This can ease anxiety and allow you to become comfortable and confident using gym equipment before stepping foot in a public gym setting. Or for more experienced lifters it can provide a space where equipment is never taken when you want it as well as guidance and motivation from a trainer. The session will be followed by a 25 min cool down assisted stretch session to help decrease potential muscle soreness as well.
