• This recurring monthly membership is designed to offer you 2 thirty minute stretches per week (shorter more frequent stretches bring lasting change and long term positive effects for your body and nervous system) EACH MONTH. 
• You will receive a separate email to book your remaining sessions after purchase (first session is booked with purchase). 
• You must book your remaining sessions within one week of purchase. YOUR SESSIONS WILL EXPIRE IF THEY ARE NOT SCHEDULED. Expired sessions will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
